1. About BarmenGo
BarmenGo connects customers planning private events in the United Kingdom with independent, verified bartenders. We facilitate enquiries, availability checks, and deposit payments — we are a booking platform, not the employer of bartenders on the platform.
2. Booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Our team checks bartender availability and venue details before a booking is confirmed. You will be notified by email once your request is confirmed or declined.
3. Pricing & deposits
Estimated prices shown on the site are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed after availability is verified. A deposit (typically 50% of the total) is required to secure a confirmed booking. Deposits are processed securely via Stripe. Remaining balances and any alcohol costs are agreed separately as stated in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. Deposits may be non-refundable within certain timeframes before your event. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must be 18 or over to book. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, a suitable venue, and — where applicable — supplying alcohol (BYO) in accordance with UK law. You must ensure the venue is safe and accessible for the bartender and equipment.
6. Bartenders on the platform
Bartenders listed on BarmenGo are independent contractors. We verify profiles and require appropriate insurance, but the bartender performing your event is responsible for their professional service on the day.
7. Liability
BarmenGo is not liable for indirect losses arising from event cancellation, bartender unavailability after confirmation (beyond applicable refund policies), or issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Privacy
We use your contact details to process bookings and communicate about your event. We do not sell your personal data. For data requests, please contact us.
